Temp hotting up. It's Bastille day and not sure what's happened to France? but it seems to have closed down- is there something we don't know!!

Sounds a wonderful trip and I bet Bastille Day was great. The 'hotting up' worries me as we leave on Saturday to cycle Geneva to Lyon on the tandem and its high 30s already!
