Day 4- too long in one place!!

We never learn... Hotter and hotter it gets. Even the flat tow path seems hard work- way behind schedule only half way by lunch stop- heat & chat slowing us up. But vv good lunch but general aire of knackeredness.
We have our super duper hotel to look fwd to so must carry on!
Heat is relentless even in the shade.
Many stops to rest up, drink, stretch but weather and the last few days taking its toll-dum dum duuum, can we go on....Looking like this...
