Lunch

Lunch ... Always something to look fwd to because when one has done 40 miles 2/3 of ride by this time we feeling very pleased with selves and can justify lovely 2 or 3 course eating fest and a couple of pitchers of Rose... Well we're not really too fussed on the colour!
It's The Sunday just before Bastille day - it's quiet but we find cute little Creperie- we are drenched after battling through torrential rain and hail stone !!
Creperie looks lovely. Take all our fear off sit down make ourselves at home-and the Madame tells us she is closed . She must have felt so sorry for us by our look of complete desperation that she quickly changed her mind and got her husband cracking in the kitchen. As above several pitchers later - instigated by true supporters if the wine industry 'Gill,Sally, Helen and Marian and food with lots of chips we started off again.
Weather was rubbish till we reached Paipont- well a bit if sun. It not the best travelling day.
